Sanjay Joshi
Coordinator, Documentation & Communication team

Sanjay currently heads up the Chirag’s documentation and communication system. He is ensuring that all projects are well documented with data, photography and video. He has a Diploma in Computer Application. He worked in Chirag since 2010. He has over 15 years experience in development sector.

Mohan Bisht
Coordinator, Spring Recharge & Water Distribution Projects

Mohan Bisht joined Chirag in 2001 and currently works with the Livelihood  team. His work is primarily concentrated with the forestry, fodder and water resource management teams. He was also associated with Swajal project . Mohan has a diploma in civil engineering.

Nupur Hukmani
Coordinator, Education Outreach Program

Nupur has been with Chirag since Sept 2016 working on their education outreach program. Prior to Chirag, Nupur worked in Pune on training and coaching of school principals as an employee of India School Leadership Institute. Although she started her career with TATA Motors, she realised education is her true calling after completing the Teach For India Fellowship. She holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology, from Fergusson College,Pune. Her interests include reading, writing, hiking, table tennis and cooking.

Naveen Bhatt
Coordinator, Agri-marketing, Livelihoods Team

Naveen has been with Chirag since 1992 and is currently a part of the Livelihoods team. Naveen provides marketing and technical support to women producers from the cooperatives. Naveen completed his schooling.

Lata Harbola
Coordinator, Mircofinance and Rural Livelihoods

Lata first joined Chirag in 1997 as the Kasiyalikh area coordinator. She currently leads Chirag’s programme for the strengthening of Self Help Groups and improving their access to formal credit institutions. Lata has a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Bhupal Singh Bisht
Coordinator, Spring Recharge Program

Bhupal Singh Bisht started his work at Chirag in 1998. He is currently the program coordinator for the Spring Recharge Program. He has worked with Swajal project and with the watershed management program for a number of years. Bhupal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
