The success we have had since our inception could not have been possible without our strong team, of which 95% are individuals from the region. Our team has made Chirag expansion possible and provides continuity; a majority of Chirag senior staff have been with the organisation for more than a decade.

Our team leaders, coordinators and area managers ensure our presence on the field at a local level and provide the required leadership. The Chirag team is led by Dr. Badrish Singh Mehra, our current Executive director, who is accountable to the governing body.

Beside these individuals, we also have a team of 150 dedicated employees who work behind the scene and without whom Chirag could not function.
